✅ What This Warranty Covers

Your arcade or pinball machine, proudly supplied by Retrocade, is designed and built to deliver endless entertainment. This warranty underscores our commitment to quality and the significance we place on your acquisition.

📅 Warranty Period

The warranty period for your arcade machine commences on the date of purchase and extends for 24 months, safeguarding all components against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use.

❌ What Is Not Covered

🚫 Improper Care and Use
This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from inadequate maintenance, detergents, abrasives, or harsh cleaning agents.

⚠️ Accidents, Abuse, and Wear and Tear
Damage from burns, scratches, dents, chips, watermarks, or neglect is not covered. Outdoor use or damage from natural disasters is excluded.

🖼️ Glass and Decorative Elements
Glass top and decorative elements (e.g., stickers, decals, artwork) affected by sunlight or humidity are not covered.

👤 Subsequent Owners and Non-Residential Use
Warranty is only valid for the original purchaser in residential settings.

🚫 Exclusions
• Demo units or floor samples
• Pre-owned products (with some exceptions)
• Commercial/institutional use
• Consumables (joysticks/buttons) if misused
• Customer/contractor handling damage
• Labour for non-standard setups

🧩 Software Defects
We reserve the right to fix defects using additional components.

🔁 Back-to-Base Warranty
You must return the item to us for repair.

🚛 Return Policy
If we successfully repair an item the customer claimed was unrepairable, the return freight cost is the customer’s responsibility.

🔧 Repair or Replacement
We reserve the right to decide whether a component should be repaired or replaced.
