John Wick is part of the Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 crossover with The Simpsons. Battle Pass owners can unlock a Simpsonified John Wick style by completing Contract Quests, including the Boss contract.
That contract requires you to hire John Wick before going on an elimination spree. Finding his map location is the first challenge, and you will need enough gold bars to recruit him.

How to hire John Wick in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3
John Wick appears as an NPC at Calamari Canyon, a named location in the western-central area of the map. Look for him outside the fishing shop beside the shore and lighthouse.
When you reach him, interact with the character and pay 350 gold bars to hire John Wick.
Gold now resets when a match ends, so you cannot build up a reserve in an earlier game and land directly on John Wick with the required amount. Move quickly if you want to recruit him before another player does.
The fastest way to collect 350 gold bars is to land at a nearby point of interest and search as many chests as possible. Eliminations also help: early in a match, many opponents have only a pistol and limited ammunition, making them easier targets.

Once you have the required gold, head straight back to John Wick and complete the hire interaction. If he has disappeared from the spawn point, another player has already recruited him, so you will need to leave the match and try again.
A Battle Bus route that begins far from Calamari Canyon can improve your chances, since fewer players may choose to visit the area early. After hiring him, John Wick can assist while you finish any remaining Contract Quests.
