UNIS is preparing several new arcade attractions, making Jump Master and Turbo Nova possible previews of what may appear at Amusement Expo. The company does not always show every release at an expo; Ski Hero is one example. Both of these newer games had at least been presented at IAAPA 2025.

Jump Master

Jump Master is a ticket-redemption racing game built around a pogo stick. That control format remains unusual in modern arcades, with Taito’s Hopping Road being one of the few comparable pogo-based games seen during the past 20 years. UNIS has previously explored jumping attractions with Pogo Jump, although that machine used a trampoline instead of a pogo stick.

The pogo controller includes a steering mechanism in its upper handle and four action buttons. All four buttons perform the same function. Players race while aiming to win tickets, with the physical jumping motion adding an exercise element to the experience.

Jump Master was playable at IAAPA 2025, although it was not clear whether the software on show was the final version. At that stage, it appeared to require additional development. Operators considering an active arcade machine can compare this kind of attraction with more conventional cabinet formats in the wider arcade market.

Turbo Nova

UNIS has continued to support several racing styles at once. While recent releases such as Monster Kart and Monster Jet have focused on kart racing, Turbo Nova sits closer to the supercar and Cruis’n-style arcade racer category.

The game uses a twin cabinet with two 65-inch 4K screens. Its fantasy courses feature futuristic supercars, while the hardware adds motion seats, wind effects and force-feedback steering. The combination makes it a notably immersive example of the racing arcade machines category.

UNIS also promotes “AI-powered lighting” and visual effects for Turbo Nova. However, the game page for that does not elaborate on what the phrase means. It could describe a lighting system, a graphics feature, rendering hardware or simply promotional terminology. The available information does not confirm whether AI is involved in real-time rendering, textures or another part of the presentation.

Nothing immediately visible during play clarified the claim, although a closer technical inspection might reveal more. Short footage of the game is also available in the trailer.

Two contrasting UNIS attractions

Jump Master and Turbo Nova take very different approaches to arcade play. One turns ticket redemption into an active pogo-stick race, while the other combines large 4K displays, motion and environmental effects for futuristic driving.

For readers comparing physical arcade setups, the Arcade Machine Buying Guide covers key considerations when choosing a cabinet. Those planning a dedicated home setup can also browse upright arcade machines and explore more industry updates on the RETROCADE Arcade Blog.

Which UNIS release interests you more: the active ticket-play format of Jump Master or the motion-enhanced racing of Turbo Nova?
