TouchMagix is bringing three redemption concepts to IAAPA 2025: two brand-new games and one title previously shown at the event. The company will exhibit at booth 1045, with more of its wider product range expected to be covered in a later show preview.

Treasure Chest

First shown at IAAPA the previous year, Treasure Chest is a single-button redemption game built around pinballs rather than rubber or plastic balls. Players release the balls through moving hoops, aiming to send multiple pinballs from the chest onto the playfield and win tickets.

Its straightforward control scheme and ball-drop presentation place it firmly in the accessible end of the redemption category, alongside other games designed for quick repeat play.

Pickleball Toss

Pickleball Toss takes its cue from the traditional carnival toss rather than the sporting version of pickleball. TouchMagix describes it as a modern arcade interpretation intended to be energetic, approachable and suitable for all ages.

A classic carnival-inspired toss game reimagined in a modern arcade format. Fun-filled, high-energy, and made for all ages!

The cabinet includes hanging prizes around the sides, echoing a travelling carnival attraction. Operators can replace those prizes with alternatives if they prefer, giving venues some flexibility in how the game is presented.

Boxed Up

Boxed Up is a fast-play merchandiser that adds a skill-based element to prize redemption. TouchMagix had not yet fully explained the machine’s operation ahead of the show, but the available details indicate that its columns spin continuously before players press a button to stop them.

Once the columns stop, a forklift attempts to collect a box. A correctly sized prize can be won; otherwise, the player gets another attempt. The game also stands out for its unusual two-player merchandiser format.

Prize dimensions

  • Large prizes: 10–12 cm wide, 8–18 cm tall and 6–9 cm deep.
  • Small prizes: 6–7.5 cm wide and deep, and 8–12 cm tall.

These measurements correspond to approximately 3.9–4.7 inches wide, 3.1–7 inches tall and 2.3–3.5 inches deep for large prizes, with small prizes measuring about 2.3–2.9 inches wide and deep and 3.1–4.7 inches tall.

A broader redemption focus

Together, the three IAAPA 2025 titles suggest a move towards traditional electromechanical redemption games for TouchMagix, following a period in which the company has also developed videmption products.

That does not mean the videmption category has been abandoned. TouchMagix will also show its Minions game, released earlier in the year, among its IAAPA products. The contrast makes this lineup notable: it combines a familiar video-led offering with ball-drop, carnival-toss and skill-based merchandiser formats.
