TouchMagix planned several new attractions for IAAPA Expo 2022 in Orlando, including a Carnival Cups crane developed with Coast to Coast Entertainment. The machine was scheduled to appear at Booth #829 from 15 to 18 November 2022.

A new approach to crane play
The Carnival Cups Crane combines a crane-game format with a skill-based game and offers two game modes. TouchMagix said early testing produced promising income results and that players responded positively to the machine.
The company described the project as an attempt to introduce fresh ideas to the crane sector. Anup Tapadia, TouchMagix founder, said the collaboration with Coast to Coast Entertainment was intended to deliver a major change in the category. Anthony Maniscalo of the Elaut group also supported the launch, saying the timing was right for more innovation in crane games.
For operators assessing new attractions, the release positioned Carnival Cups as a product designed to combine repeatable player engagement with the familiar appeal of a crane machine. Australian venues considering different cabinet formats can compare options in the arcade machine buying guide.
Linked Mega Blaster and SpaceWarp 66 DX cabinets
TouchMagix also announced Link Play for its videmption titles Mega Blaster and SpaceWarp 66 DX. New connected mega marquees were designed to bring the two games together and support linked play.
Link Play for SpaceWarp 66 had already been introduced during the summer, while the connected marquee presentation was new for the IAAPA show. The arrangement gave operators another way to present the games as a linked attraction, particularly in locations where groups can compete across multiple players.
