Splatoon Raiders’ Bottomless Buffet is an endgame endurance mode built around escalating pressure. Players must defeat enemies, collect a required number of Power Eggs and finish each floor before the timer expires.
The challenge becomes punishing quickly, which means most players are unlikely to progress much beyond the 100 floors needed to reach the game’s true ending. Despite its name, the mode is not infinite: it ends at floor 1,000.
A gruelling run to the final floor
Player 新月 has now completed that final floor, documenting almost two and a half hours of attempts against floors 998, 999 and 1,000 in footage posted to YouTube.
The successful strategy relies on grouping Salmonids together, damaging them as a cluster and then using aerial movement to stay clear of danger. From above, a charger—a sniper-style weapon—can deal heavy damage to larger targets.
The setup includes the Speed Tank, Jump Bomb, Torqscrew and Blast Boot. Jump Bomb modifiers increase the player’s jump height, while the Torqscrew pulls Salmonids into a concentrated group and helps launch the player upwards. A Blast Bomb is then used to freeze the enemies in the pile.
The action can be difficult to follow, but the method is both deliberate and effective. After numerous failed attempts, 新月 finally cleared floor 1,000 with 11 seconds remaining.
Nothing special at the bottom
Reaching the end provides the standard experience points and the collection of rare weapons normally available from difficult floors. However, the game does not award a unique title, costume or dialogue acknowledging the achievement.
That makes the final 900 floors an especially demanding undertaking with little practical incentive beyond the satisfaction of setting an extreme completion record. The audience reaction during the successful run may have been the most visible celebration attached to the accomplishment.

Is floor 1,000 worth attempting?
For most players, stopping at floor 100 is entirely reasonable. Bottomless Buffet does have a final floor, but beyond the regular rewards there is no special acknowledgement waiting at the end—only Salmonids, pressure and a formidable endurance test.
