Bandai Namco has begun shipping two arcade releases first shown at IAAPA 2025: IGS motorcycle racer Speed Rider 4DX and Superwin’s children’s light-gun title Mini World Motion. Both games offer unusual hardware features aimed at commercial arcade operators.
Speed Rider 4DX
The fourth game in IGS’s Speed Rider series made its public appearance at the AAA 2025 show in China, where it was displayed at the Baohui booth, before appearing at IAAPA 2025.
Distribution arrangements initially caused some uncertainty. Sega Amusements announced the game as part of its lineup, but later clarification established that Sega is handling the United Kingdom and parts of Europe, while Bandai Namco is selling the machine in North America.
This arcade-exclusive motorcycle racer uses 4K graphics running at 60 frames per second, a 4.1-channel surround-sound system and a large RGB LED marquee display. Players can select from eight upgradeable bikes and race across 12 tracks set in six iconic cities.
The motorcycle cabinet’s control system is a major point of difference. It combines a swivelling bike controller with animated RGB lighting and a lean sensor that activates the boost. Braking also unlocks a new drifting mechanic: the physical bike slides while the on-screen motorcycle drifts through the corner.
That physical drifting interaction gives Speed Rider 4DX a feature that is difficult to replicate outside a commercial arcade. Operators comparing it with other racing arcade machines will want to consider the cabinet’s specialised motorcycle platform as well as its visual presentation.

Mini World Motion
Mini World Motion is a children’s light-gun game from Chinese developer Superwin. Its IAAPA 2025 presentation stood out because the game uses an environmental cabinet with a motion-enabled bench rather than separate seats.
The configuration also supports three players, exceeding the two-player setup commonly found on modern light-gun machines. The title is designed for children and draws on an existing Chinese intellectual property.
Distributor information indicates an approximate price of $20,000, with the final amount potentially varying between distributors. It may be useful to compare the cabinet’s footprint and audience with other commercial arcade machines before planning a game-floor installation.

Two distinctive additions for arcade operators
