Several Sony-owned games have disappeared from the PlayStation Store in some regions, raising fresh questions about the reliability of an increasingly digital game library. The affected titles include Knack 2, Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and God of War III: Remastered.
Which PlayStation games are missing?
At the time of writing, searches for the three games do not return results on the North American PlayStation Store. Players who previously bought any of them can still download the titles through their game collections.
God of War III: Remastered appears to have been offered at an incorrect price on the Mexican PlayStation Store, reportedly around roughly 50 cents. The pricing problem may explain why Sony temporarily removed the games while it investigates and corrects the listings.
A warning for digital ownership
If the removals are only a technical or pricing mistake, the games could return once the issue is resolved. Sony has been contacted for clarification, but no explanation is included here.
The incident still highlights a broader concern for players who prefer permanent access to their libraries. Sony is expected to move towards releasing games exclusively through its own digital storefront from 2028, reducing the role of physical discs. When a digital listing can disappear without advance notice, access ultimately depends on the platform holder restoring it.
That matters for older first-party releases as well as new games. Knack 2 is an unusual part of PlayStation history, while the Uncharted collection remains a convenient way to revisit Naughty Dog’s earlier adventures. Reports have also suggested that Naughty Dog is working on another Uncharted project, which could increase interest in the previous games.
