Raw Thrills presented several notable arcade projects at IAAPA 2022, including a redesigned Halo: Fireteam Raven cabinet, MotoGP VR, Minecraft Dungeons Arcade Series 2 and four Fast & Furious Arcade machines. The company had announced the products in a press release, with the displays pointing to possible future arcade-market releases.
Halo: Fireteam Raven gets a new four-player cabinet
Halo: Fireteam Raven originally arrived in arcades in 2018. After testing a more conventional cabinet earlier in the year, Raw Thrills showed a substantially different four-player design at IAAPA. Its appearance combines features associated with the Super Deluxe four-player model and a cabinet shape closer to Minecraft Dungeons Arcade.
The company referred to it as a new four-player model. The release information specifies an 85-inch screen, and the show cabinets used that same display size.
The biggest visual change is found in the controls. The tethered light guns no longer use the Terminator Salvation-style moulds seen on earlier Raw Thrills hardware. Instead, they are styled after the iconic Assault Rifle from the Halo series.
Reloading has also been redesigned. Rather than pressing a clip or magazine control, players pump the weapon in a manner similar to Big Buck Hunter.
Minecraft Dungeons Arcade Series 2 appears
Minecraft Dungeons Arcade Series 2 was also on display. The new version includes additional levels, following earlier expectations based on development updates. A hands-on play session and photograph were not available at the time of the report.
MotoGP VR brings motorcycle racing back
MotoGP VR returns the motorcycle-racing licence to arcades with a full-tilt ride and a 360-degree virtual-reality presentation. The remastered attraction features an authentic MotoGP motorcycle in four colours, updated international circuits and remodelled bikes.

A 43-inch display supports play with or without the HP Reverb G2 VR headset. The available preview did not yet include a detailed assessment of the graphics enhancements or extended gameplay.

Four Fast & Furious Arcade machines
Raw Thrills also brought four Fast & Furious Arcade machines to the trade show. They were switched off before a full play session could take place, although the cabinets were already attracting attention for their presentation.
A major operator was understood to have purchased the four machines, with the cabinets expected to remain in Florida after IAAPA. This referred to those specific show units and did not confirm wider availability.
