Warranty
This virtual pinball machine includes a 24-month return-to-base warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal residential use.
The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, liquid damage, power surge damage, outdoor use, natural disasters, wear and tear, transport damage arranged by the customer, or damage caused by modifications or incorrect handling.
Glass, decals, artwork and decorative elements may be affected by environmental conditions such as humidity and sunlight and are not covered for cosmetic deterioration. Consumable or high-contact items are covered against manufacturing defects, but damage caused by misuse is excluded.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only. Products used in commercial, rental, institutional or other non-residential environments may not be covered unless agreed in writing.
If service is required, the machine must be returned to Retrocade for assessment and repair. Retrocade will determine whether a component should be repaired or replaced.
