The Pokémon Center has opened pre-orders for Delta Reign, a Rayquaza-themed Pokémon Trading Card Game set scheduled for release on 4 November 2026. Here is what is included, how the online queue works and what collectors should know before ordering.

What is in the Delta Reign set?
Delta Reign contains more than 135 cards, including 14 Illustration Rare cards, 17 Ultra Rare cards and six Special Illustration Rare cards. The anticipated chase cards include Mega Rayquaza ex and its gold variant, Raikou ex, Groudon, Growlithe, Magmortar, Electivire and Kecleon.
The collection will also feature the hobby’s first embroidered card, giving collectors another unusual release highlight to pursue alongside the higher-rarity cards.
Delta Reign products available to pre-order
The headline product is the green-and-blue Elite Trainer Box. It includes 11 booster packs, sleeves, dice, coins and a Kyogre Illustration Rare card. Its manufacturer’s suggested retail price is $59.
Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Boxes are particularly sought after because the packaging and promotional cards carry a special Pokémon Center stamp. That demand can also push resale prices higher. Historically, the purchase limit for Elite Trainer Boxes has been two per order.

Based on pre-orders for recent sets, the Elite Trainer Box is expected to sell through first. The initial stock allocation is usually substantial, and the pre-order window is expected to remain open for several hours overall, although popular products may disappear sooner.
Other listed products include a Delta Reign Booster Bundle priced at $26.94, containing six packs, and a Display Box priced at $159.99. Both have a limit of one per purchase. The Display Box may remain available longer because it is the most expensive option.
Why is the Pokémon Center queue changing?
The waiting-time display is only an estimate and can change dramatically. A queue showing 10 minutes may become an hour, while a longer estimate can suddenly shorten. This does not necessarily indicate a problem.
Avoid refreshing the page, as doing so may send you to the back of the queue. If the page briefly goes blank while a timer is active, wait for it to reload automatically rather than repeatedly reopening it.
What does Error 17: Access Denied mean?

Error 17 indicates that the Pokémon Center’s system has flagged an account or session as a bot. Once this happens, the affected shopper may be unable to purchase anything from the Delta Reign pre-sale, and the restriction may continue beyond this release.
Some shoppers report trying a cleared browser cache, a different email address or another payment method, but repeatedly reloading the page may make the restriction less likely to lift. These steps are not guaranteed to restore access.
What causes Error 15?
Error 15 generally appears when too many people are trying to access the Pokémon Center at once. It can occur while browsing or during checkout. Unlike Error 17, it does not necessarily prevent a pre-order, although resolving it can still be difficult.
Common troubleshooting suggestions include clearing cookies, restarting the router and trying again. These actions may help, but they cannot guarantee a successful checkout.
Is an item really unavailable?
Stock messages on the Pokémon Center are not always displayed accurately during busy launches. If an item appears unavailable during checkout, return to its original product page and then revisit the cart.
Another reported method is to open the product page first, check the cart and use the “back to product” option if it appears. The item may still be attached to the cart, although it may genuinely be sold out—particularly in the case of the Elite Trainer Box.

Some collectors use restock Discord communities to monitor availability through members with access to Pokémon Center backend information. Such reports should still be treated as unverified until the product can be purchased successfully.
How can collectors improve their chances?
Stock-alert Discord groups may provide earlier warnings than the Pokémon Center’s own email notifications, which have historically arrived as much as an hour late. By that point, the most desirable products may already be gone.
- Enter your details manually and move through the site steadily rather than repeatedly refreshing.
- Use a wired computer connection where possible instead of relying on Wi-Fi or a phone that may reload unexpectedly.
- Consider paying by credit card, as some shoppers report more checkout problems with PayPal and Apple Pay.

Missed the online pre-order?

There is another route for collectors focused specifically on Delta Reign: announced pre-release events. These require participants to learn and play the Pokémon Trading Card Game, but they can offer good value, avoid the online queue and allow the set to be purchased weeks before its official release.
Wednesday shoppers can also try Walmart’s weekly raffle for Pokémon 30th Anniversary products later in the day.
What about the other 30th Anniversary products?
Pre-orders have not yet opened for the 30th Celebration Ultra-Premium Collections—Day & Night boxes containing 29 packs—the Ditto Premium Collection with eight packs or the 30th Celebration Figure Collection with five packs.
Those Pokémon 30th Anniversary products are scheduled to launch on 6 November 2026, two days after Delta Reign. Further pre-order information is expected to follow.
