Disney has confirmed the complete Percy Jackson and the Olympians season 3 release schedule, along with the titles for all eight episodes. The major change is a faster rollout: viewers will receive two episodes each week rather than one.

The schedule was announced during the series’ panel at New York Comic Con. Earlier seasons generally used weekly releases, with the exception of a two-episode opening. Season 3 will therefore conclude in four weeks.

What season 3 adapts
The third season adapts The Titan’s Curse, a pivotal entry in Rick Riordan’s five-book series. The story follows Percy, played by Walker Scobell, as he searches for the missing goddess Athena, played by Dafne Keen, and his friend Annabeth, played by Leah Sava Jeffries.
Percy remains caught between the gods and the titans, while the season also introduces important characters including Rachel Elizabeth Dare and Nico di Angelo, played by Levi Chrisopulos.

The series finds a larger streaming audience
Disney has placed the first two seasons on Netflix for a limited three-month run ahead of the November 20 premiere. Since arriving on the service the previous week, Percy Jackson and the Olympians has climbed the rankings and is currently Netflix’s fifth most popular television show, according to FlixPatrol.
The show’s growing audience has not yet been matched by another season announcement. That absence has prompted concern among fans who want to see all five books adapted for live action. Disney renewed the series for season 3 in March 2025, before season 2 premiered in December.
The quicker episode pattern has also led to speculation about Disney’s confidence in the production, even though the studio has already greenlit an adaptation of Riordan’s Kane Chronicles. No renewal announcement was made at New York Comic Con.

What to expect next
With two episodes arriving each week, the entire season will be available across a single month. That compressed timetable makes the four release dates especially useful for viewers planning their watch schedule.
