LAI Games has announced a substantial selection of attractions for IAAPA Expo 2025, including several titles scheduled for their official United States industry debuts. The company was one of the major arcade exhibitors at the previous IAAPA, and its 2025 selection suggests another sizeable presence.
For Australian operators and arcade fans, the lineup covers light-gun games, virtual reality, social entertainment and prize equipment. Here are the key announcements.
Phantom Vanguard
First shown at the GTI Asia China Expo, Phantom Vanguard is the latest collaboration between Wahlap, IGS and Gameloft, with LAI Games confirmed to be carrying the title. The partners previously worked together on the Asphalt arcade racing series.
The game transforms Gameloft’s mobile first-person-shooter properties into a light-gun arcade experience. Its headline feature is a patent-pending “gun mount”: a swivelling controller that lets players attach and detach the light gun, changing its functions during play. Promotional material states that the underlying mobile shooter titles have been downloaded 466 million times.
LAI Games has not yet released its own trailer for Phantom Vanguard. Wahlap has promoted the game since its September unveiling, and its product information is available here.
Ubisoft All-Star VR
LAI Games’ second virtual-reality attraction based on Ubisoft properties will receive its official US industry launch at IAAPA 2025. It previously appeared at IAAPA Europe in September after location testing earlier in the year.
Ubisoft All-Star VR combines shooting and racing. Players steer and fire through three levels using another patent-pending controller, with characters and worlds drawn from Assassin’s Creed, Just Dance, Far Cry and Splinter Cell.
The attraction’s commercial prospects will be worth watching as operators assess the current VR market. Its ability to link two units for four-player sessions may also make it appealing to venues considering replacements for Virtual Rabbids installations, which have performed well over the years.
Kaiju Rampage Unite
LAI Games previously brought IGS and Wahlap’s Monster Eye 3 to its range under the name Kaiju Rampage. A four-player, tethered-gun version called Kaiju Rampage Unite was unveiled in China in May, and it is now joining LAI’s IAAPA selection.
The wider footprint offered by the comparable Assault version of Halo: Fireteam Raven demonstrated how a related format can help a title reach more venues. Kaiju Rampage Unite could benefit from the same approach.

Other IAAPA attractions
The three video games above headline the announcement, but LAI Games’ business extends beyond video arcades. The company will also present other location-based entertainment products, including Cube Clash, a new pusher from Playmore and IGS.
Also recently shown at GTI 2025 in China, Cube Clash uses a music-game theme and replaces the marbles or coins found in conventional pushers with cubes.
LAI Games will additionally carry Hyper Grid, a six-player social entertainment floor attraction from FOG (Future of Gaming). Similar group attractions have been gaining momentum in location-based entertainment centres, making the addition a logical fit for LAI’s portfolio.
Returning LAI Games products
The IAAPA floor is also expected to include returning LAI Games titles, likely including Cyberpunk 2077: Turf Wars. The company is expected to place considerable emphasis on its Seasons range of cranes and prizes, following several recent hires connected with that area of the business.
