IAAPA 2025 is beginning to take shape, with distributor previews and manufacturer announcements revealing more of the games and attractions planned for the show. A larger pre-show roundup is still to come, but these early details already point to a varied lineup for operators and arcade fans.
Early IAAPA 2025 lineup preview
Shaffer Distributing has circulated an IAAPA 2025 preview covering some, but not all, of the new releases expected at the event. The list includes titles from Adrenaline Amusements, Andamiro, JET Games and other manufacturers. Several entries are currently known only by name, including Adrenaline’s Back to the Future and JET’s GI Joe.
It is not yet clear whether every title will be a video game, redemption attraction or another type of amusement product. However, the number of recognisable licences appearing in the preview suggests that manufacturers are bringing a broad selection of new experiences to this year’s show.
Speed Rider 4DX distribution details
IGS and Baohui’s Speed Rider 4DX first attracted attention at the AAA and GTI 2025 events in China. The driving attraction subsequently appeared on regional distributor websites, including Italy’s ELMAC II and the Middle East’s ASI.
The machine’s Western distribution is divided by territory. Sega Amusements will handle the United Kingdom, while Bandai Namco will sell the game exclusively in North America. That makes Speed Rider 4DX a notable example of a new arcade release being shared between major distributors rather than assigned to one company across every market.
Bandai Namco will display the title at IAAPA 2025, while Sega is scheduled to show it at London’s EAG Expo in January 2026. Its appearance across multiple regional markets also reflects the level of operator and player interest surrounding the game.
Simon arrives in arcades
Sega Amusements has also revealed Simon Arcade, a redemption game based on Hasbro’s colour-and-memory brand. It is the first arcade adaptation of Simon and follows Sega’s earlier collaboration with Hasbro on Bop It! Arcade.
This version uses a ball-toss format. Players aim balls at targets that match Simon’s colours, with five consecutive matches required to win tickets and the opportunity to pursue a Super Bonus. The rules are easy to understand while adding a colour-matching challenge to the physical skill game.
Sega says production is already underway following early demand, with the goal of supplying operators worldwide. The company has also indicated that another major racing title in a new cabinet model is still to be revealed.
Alan-1 and AVS Companies
Alan-1 have just unveiled their lineup in full. Although it does not contain a completely new game, the collection includes the return of the electromechanical PONG tables originally seen in 2017 through UNIS and Atari.
At present, Alan-1 is offering the home version of the PONG tables. Arcade and other location-based venues are expected to have another opportunity to purchase them later.
Alan-1’s other IAAPA products include Gravitar Recharged Pro, Dr Pepper Soda Slam!, Liquid Death as another Soda Slam! variation, the new Butts On Things crane and the Cosmic Spin merchandiser. A related Butts On Things version called Booty Spin will also be shown.
AVS Companies will occupy booth 1918 and will feature Dr Pepper Soda Slam! alongside a larger Butts On Things crane. Its wider booth lineup includes products from Dark Escape Games, DSM Arcade, Alan-1, Incredible Technologies, Arachnid 360 and AtGames.

Incredible Technologies introducing an unrevealed game through a distributor is an unusual move. The company recently announced a new cabinet model for Golden Tee PGA Tour, but the AVS announcement suggests this IAAPA product is something different.
More games and attractions
Team Play has begun promoting its Ghostbusters Wheel, which had previously received an early test preview. Betson is now also highlighting the attraction ahead of the show.
Leon Amusement and Yuto Games have released videos promoting their IAAPA presence. Meanwhile, exA-Arcadia has started shipping Chaos Code NEXT, although its complete IAAPA lineup has not yet been announced.
