A burst of alleged Grand Theft Auto 6 gameplay leaks has shown plenty of Jason Duval, but almost nothing featuring his partner and co-star, Lucia Caminos. That gap has fuelled speculation, misinformation and some increasingly absurd attempts to find her.

Beyond apparent jabs at Rockstar, the leaked material has contained limited story information. Most of it has shown Jason stealing vehicles and killing non-player characters rather than revealing major plot developments.

The desperation has been especially visible in an unmoderated GTA 6 subreddit, where leaked clips are not removed immediately. Before the August leak wave, the community was already crowded with explicit Lucia posts. New footage then prompted a fresh collection of crude requests for images and scenes involving the character.

Some users simply want to know whether Lucia will appear in future leaks. Others have asked the hacking group to share increasingly sexualised material, including images of Lucia in revealing clothing, along with questions about “jiggle physics” and whether Lucia and Jason will have a sexual relationship in the game.

The situation has become self-parodying. Fans have attempted to trick one another with supposed Lucia sightings, only to reveal that the footage came from Fortnite or GTA 5.

Fake hackers, Telegram bait and AI-generated images

The misinformation has also pushed people towards counterfeit social-media accounts, pointless Discord servers and suspicious groups. In one incident, a fake hacker Telegram group claimed to possess a complete playable build. To “prove” its access, the group promised to publish naked footage of Lucia.

Thousands of people joined expecting a live reveal. Instead, the group showed an AI-generated nude image of Lucia. Similar material had already circulated in some GTA 6 communities, created with tools designed to generate explicit 3D models of women. Many viewers did not realise such tools existed, creating an easy opening for people looking to exploit the leak frenzy.

The fraud was eventually exposed, but some followers were still focused on seeing the promised image rather than questioning the claim itself.

The episode is a stark example of why alleged game leaks should be treated cautiously. A genuine clip can sit alongside fabricated screenshots, impersonator accounts and AI-generated images, making it difficult to separate evidence from bait.
