Golden Tee has long had a substantial audience beyond commercial arcades, with many players choosing to install the game at home. That demand has helped establish a home release alongside each new commercial LIVE edition.
The home editions generally match the commercial versions for features, except for tournament and cash-prize modes. After the release of Golden Tee PGA Tour earlier in 2022, IT has now announced the home-focused Golden Tee PGA Tour Club House Edition.
Two cabinet options for home play
Club House Edition is offered in two configurations. Neither package includes a monitor, and both require a 4K television.
Deluxe model
The Deluxe version shown above closely follows the commercial cabinet design, but removes the coin door. Its cabinet and VESA mounting arrangement are intended for 55-inch screens.
Standard model
The Standard version leaves out the TV-stand section, making it suitable for buyers who already have a compatible television or want to use a projector.
IT has specifically noted that the TV stand cannot be added to the Standard model later, so the intended setup should be considered before ordering.
Pre-orders and shipping
Both versions can be pre-ordered through an IT-authorised distributor. Shipping is scheduled to begin on 24 October 2022, with stock allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Other home and commercial releases
IT’s home version of Arcade Collection had already been shipping for several weeks at the time of the announcement. The commercial version was expected to follow a couple of weeks later, although prospective buyers could already place an order.
