Fortnite Sprite Spree Week: dates and rewards
Sprite Spree Week arrives in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 on Saturday, 15 August. From then until the season ends, selected sprites will have better spawn odds across a series of timed events.
The opening Mythic Hours coincide with the Unstable Story Moment, the live event for Chapter 7 Season 3. After that, Galaxy, Holo, Cube and Gem sprites each receive a 24-hour boost. Sprites collected during the event will carry over as cosmetics into Season 4, making this a useful opportunity to complete your collection before the season finishes.

Sprite Spree Week schedule
The event runs from Saturday, 15 August, through Wednesday, 19 August. These are the announced windows and featured sprite types:
- Saturday, 15 August: Mythic Hours from 2–4 p.m. EDT and 9–11 p.m. EDT.
- Sunday, 16 August: Galaxy Hours begin at 9 a.m. EDT and run for 24 hours.
- Monday, 17 August: Holo Hours begin at 9 a.m. EDT and run for 24 hours.
- Tuesday, 18 August: Cube Hours begin at 9 a.m. EDT and run for 24 hours.
- Wednesday, 19 August: Gem Hours begin at 9 a.m. EDT and run for 24 hours.
Outside the Saturday opening hours, players will begin each game with a Lucky Sprite Locator, earn double sprite XP and pay no sprite dust. A teaser also shows a campfire, suggesting that resting at one may award sprite XP, although this has not been confirmed.

Australian players on the east coast should therefore watch for the Galaxy, Holo, Cube and Gem rotations from 11 a.m. AEST on their respective days. If you are setting up a gaming space for longer sessions, the arcade machine buying guide can help with planning, while compact bartop arcades suit smaller rooms.
