Players seeking a home in Final Fantasy XIV must use the game’s housing lottery system. Each cycle includes a five-day entry period, followed by a four-day results period.
During the entry period, submit your bid for an available plot. If your bid wins, you must complete the purchase during the results period. Failing to claim the plot means losing the property and forfeiting 50% of your deposit.

These are the announced entry and results periods for the month:
- July 30 to August 3: Results period
- August 3 to 8: Entry period
- August 8 to 12: Results period
- August 12 to 17: Entry period
- August 17 to 21: Results period
- August 21 to 26: Entry period
- August 26 to 30: Results period
- August 30 to September 4: Entry period
When each FFXIV housing period changes
The lottery phases switch at the daily server reset. The corresponding times are:
- 8 a.m. PDT: west coast of North America
- 11 a.m. EDT: east coast of North America
- 12 p.m. BRT: Brazil
- 4 p.m. BST: the U.K.
- 5 p.m. CEST: western Europe
- 12 a.m. JST the following day: Japan
- 1 a.m. AEST the following day: Australia’s east coast
For Australian players, the listed reset occurs at 1 a.m. AEST on the following day. Confirm the phase in the Timers menu before placing a bid or finalising a successful purchase.
