EAG Expo 2024 runs in London from 16 to 18 January, bringing the European amusement industry together for the first major trade show of the year.
The Entertainment, Attractions & Gaming Expo is held each January at London’s ExCeL Centre. The event grew from earlier industry shows including ATEI and occupies a similar space to the United States’ Amusement Expo, although it is smaller than IAAPA.
With the event following relatively soon after IAAPA, visitors can expect a familiar mix of arcade video games, pinball, redemption attractions and other amusement equipment. No major world premieres had been announced in advance, but smaller exhibitors can still bring unpreviewed products and unexpected additions to the show floor.
EAG Expo 2024 exhibitor preview
Here is a guide to the principal exhibitors and the games and amusement products expected at their stands. The preview covers announced video games, pinball and selected redemption attractions, rather than every machine appearing at the event.
Bandai Namco Amusement Europe
Bandai Namco Amusement Europe confirmed that its stand would not include previously unseen releases, ruling out debuts such as GoldStorm Pirates and Bike Dash Delivery.
The video-game line-up includes Dead Heat Unleashed, the Pac-Man range, Drakons: Realm Keepers and NFS Heat Takedown (Adrenaline). The company also distributes Godzilla Kaiju Wars VR and Fast & Furious Arcade from Raw Thrills.
Other attractions include Tom & Jerry’s Kitchen Chaos air hockey, Looney Tunes Red Zone Rush and Andamiro’s Spider-Man pusher. Their EAG announcement provides further detail on the stand.
Electrocoin
Electrocoin is set to show JAWS from Stern Pinball, its own Skill Shooter, Konami’s Dance Dance Revolution A20+ and a selection of redemption equipment.
Although some UK amusement coverage suggested that Dance Dance Revolution might receive a new version, the EAG appearance is intended to promote another European production run of offline A20+ cabinets. An official move to newer versions or online functionality still appears unlikely in the near term.
Visitors considering a home virtual pinball machine can also use the show as a reminder of the variety of pinball and amusement formats available today.
Sega Amusements
Sega Amusements is expected to bring Apex Rebels, which will make its European trade-show debut, along with Hyper Cross, Drone Racing Genesis, VR Agent and Zombies: Ready, Deady, Go!
The company will also have a substantial redemption selection, following the broader range shown at IAAPA 2023. SAI is hosting products from LAI Games after signing a new European distribution agreement with the manufacturer. That makes the SAI stand the place to find Asphalt 9 Legends VR and other LAI releases.

UDC
UDC’s announced video-game selection includes Bullseye: Crackshot, Galaxy Rangers DX, Parkour Motor 2 and Air Zone Deluxe from Ace Amusement, as well as Step Revolution’s StepManiaX DX.
The distributor will also represent TouchMagix with Pop It!, Mega Blaster and SpaceWarp 66. UDC is expected to show a strong collection of redemption and new videmption products from companies including Ace, Wahlap and Playmore, alongside other brands in its distribution network.

Other exhibitors
Several smaller businesses are also scheduled to attend, including JNC Sales, Instance Automatics, Pinball Heaven and Cosmic Leisure. Their stands are expected to focus mainly on redemption equipment and established titles rather than new video-game launches.
Additional exhibitors and games may appear during the three-day event. EAG remains a useful opportunity to see how European operators are approaching video, pinball, redemption and videmption as the 2024 amusement calendar begins.
