Amusement Expo returns to Las Vegas at the end of March for its annual spring trade event, formerly known as the AMOA show. Arcade, amusement and entertainment manufacturers use the exhibition to present current products, demonstrate recent releases and occasionally reveal an unexpected new machine.
A trade show preview is never a complete product list. New releases announced within the previous six months may remain the focus when they are performing well commercially, while some surprises are deliberately kept private until the doors open. For Australian operators and enthusiasts tracking international trends, the event offers a useful snapshot of coin-operated video games, redemption machines, pinball, virtual reality and family entertainment centre attractions.
Two related Las Vegas events are running alongside the show: the BCA Expo, which concentrates on billiards, and the Bar & Restaurant Expo, previously known as the Bar & Nightclub Show. The World Tea Expo is also associated with the latter. An Amusement Expo badge includes access to BCA, whose exhibitors appear on the venue map but not in the main exhibitor list. Most Bar & Restaurant Expo companies are unrelated to arcades, although AVS Companies, Incredible Technologies and Valley-Dynamo are relevant exceptions.
The event is sold out for floor space and is described as the largest Amusement Expo to date, with 163 exhibitors registered for booths. This preview focuses on companies expected to show arcade, pinball, card-swipe or coin-operated products, rather than listing every exhibitor. The usual coverage is largely represented, with Retro Arcade, known for its Ice Cold Beer remake, and Unit-E Technologies, maker of RFPay, among the notable absences.
For anyone considering a home setup, the exhibition’s mix of upright cabinets, racing games, pinball and immersive attractions also provides useful context when comparing arcade machines for a home or browsing dedicated arcade cabinets.
Headline exhibitors
Touch Magix
Touch Magix is scheduled to share the Elaut USA stand, A931, using a booth similar to its IAAPA presentation. Its announced line-up includes Link Play with a connected Mega Marquee for Mega Blaster, SpaceWarp 66 DX, Carnival Cups Crane and the space-efficient Carnival Cups SE, which has been gaining interest among family entertainment centres.
Raw Thrills
Raw Thrills is expected to display current versions of Halo: Fireteam Raven Assault Model, potentially including the reported two-player version, alongside MotoGP VR and Fast & Furious Arcade. Pulp Fiction pinball, which debuted at the Texas Pinball Festival that same weekend, is the likely headline new release. Booth A231.
Griffin Aerotech and PrimeTime Amusements are not exhibiting, although PrimeTime’s head of sales is expected to attend.
Expected exhibitors and products
Adrenaline Amusements
After showing two versions of NFS Heat Takedown at DEAL 2023, Adrenaline is expected to bring the DX cabinet to Las Vegas. The DEAL show saw the debut of the DX model, which adds larger screens and a motion seat. Other redemption and videmption products may also appear, with a surprise possible. Booth A709.
Alan-1
Utah independent developer Alan-1 is bringing Jousting Heroes, a modern interpretation of Joust, in two-player and four-player cabinet formats. Booth A1440.

American Pinball
American Pinball is exhibiting at BCA Expo rather than the main Amusement Expo floor. Visitors who missed the Texas Pinball Festival should have an opportunity to play the newly announced Galactic Tank Force, along with the company’s other games. Booth B341.
Amusement Source International
ASI is expected to bring Sniper Strike II and Zombie Bowling, both seen at IAAPA 2022, plus two new games. One is Zombies Crisis, a light-gun title first shown at EAG 2023. The other may be a redemption or videmption product; the company has said Sniper Strike II was its most popular IAAPA game. Booth A1247.

Andamiro USA
Andamiro’s display should include a strong SpongeBob presence across redemption and VR products, including the SpongeBob VR Bubble Coaster developed through its agreement with Rilix. This represents Andamiro’s first move into VR. A new Pump It Up iteration is considered unlikely because that series is generally associated with IAAPA presentations.
The company later confirmed two additional games. Tic SHAQ Toe is a new merchandiser and sequel-style follow-up to an earlier machine, using a cartoon likeness of Shaquille O’Neal connected with his animated series Shaq’s Garage. Booth A817.

Bandai Namco Amusements
Bandai Namco’s North American presentation differs from its IAAPA booth because the European operation is not involved. Taiko No Tatsujin is not scheduled, as it had only recently entered testing or begun shipping.
The expected line-up includes the production version of Dead Heat Unleashed, Pac-Man Battle Royale Chompionship, Pac-Man Power Pellets redemption, Pac-Man Baller and DC Superheroes. Dead Heat Unleashed is likely to receive the main racing focus, although the company has previously shown multiple racers at events. Booth A109.
Jukebox Bowl-O-Rama is the notable new item, although it is part of Namco’s Pac-Man Cave home range rather than a coin-operated arcade product.
Barron Games International
Barron is expected to promote Birdly VR and Koliseum VR Soccer Table, both previously seen at IAAPA 2022. Booth A1330.
BayTek Entertainment and Skeeball
BayTek owns Skeeball and has been teasing Super Shot Basketball. It may include a video element similar to Rock The Rim, or retain the traditional format with updated technology. BayTek also regularly tests experimental concepts, including QB Throwdown, which could receive a broader industry showing at this event. Booth A715.

Chicago Gaming
Pulp Fiction is expected to headline Chicago Gaming’s stand, with other remakes such as Cactus Canyon also possible. Cactus Canyon Remake has reportedly been earning twice as much as another pinball machine at one operator’s venue. Booth A1617.
Coastal Amusements
Coastal is expected to show Bridge Man, Dinosaur Era and Snow Day, as well as products including Bridge Man, Bumper and Slide Up that were not yet listed on its website. Its exhibitor listing also names Fire Rescue, a new four-player water-gun video shooter. Booth A515.
Elaut USA
Alongside Touch Magix, Elaut’s Coast-To-Coast subsidiary is scheduled to debut Real Heroes Fire Rescue. It may be related to Coastal’s Fire Rescue, although the Coast-To-Coast version is described as a two-player game while Coastal’s is four-player. Elaut may also show Gold & Mace VR, which had been teased for more than a year but was still absent from the company website. Crane products will remain part of the display. Booth A931.
exA-Arcadia
The PC-based multi-game platform is expected to fill its booth with released titles and newer games including Donut Dodo Do!, Axel City 2 and Dynamite Bomb, running in ARC-1 cabinets introduced at IAAPA 2022. Hawt Pink adult titles are expected at the concurrently running Bar & Restaurant Expo instead. The main Amusement Expo line-up should consist of products available to buy or pre-order, with private demonstrations possible. Booth A1156.
Hero Zone VR and HOLOGATE
Hero Zone VR is expected to present its wireless VR arena and recently announced non-violent social games. Booth A1345.
HOLOGATE should give visitors another chance to experience Ghostbusters VR Academy, first shown at IAAPA, together with its other recent VR attractions. Booth A1217.
JET Games
JET Games has expanded from redemption products and kiddie rides into videmption, including Quick Shot. The company surprised visitors with that direction at the previous Amusement Expo, so another video-based reveal remains possible. Booth A646.
ICE
ICE had not announced its booth programme, although the company often brings an unpublicised item to a show. A smaller version of its IAAPA 2022 display is expected, featuring Dodgeball: Ultimate Arena, Monopoly Roll-N-Go and Ship Wreck. The production version of RaceCraft is also possible, but its status was uncertain because it was not yet listed on the company website. Booth A331.
IGPM
IGPM distributes Polish-made Kalkomat and Wik products in the United States. Its likely display includes boxing machines, air-hockey tables and basketball games, with Hit The Green—an unusual boxer and kicker combination—the newest product. Booth A749.
Incredible Technologies
No new game had been announced, so the expected line-up is Golden Tee PGA Tour, Arcade Collection and Retro Raccoons. Booth A131.
INOWIZE
Romanian company INOWIZE is bringing QBIX, its augmented-reality room, with a revised design and three new games. Arkadia VR may also be present, although QBIX is the primary focus. The company subsequently announced a new unattended VR unit containing four games, designed more like an arcade cabinet than its earlier systems. Booth A1201.
KOMUSE
KOMUSE, known for redemption games, may bring a new product following the IAAPA launch of Ultimate Shot. Sega has also displayed some KOMUSE titles at events, although Sync Pong was not operating at IAAPA. Booth A1009.
LAI Games
LAI is expected to show products seen at IAAPA 2022 and EAG 2023, including Asphalt 9 Legends, Rick & Morty, FG: TeeV and Slam ’N Jam Ultra. Recent corporate changes moved several coin-op staff into a home-gaming division, making a major new arcade release before IAAPA less likely. Booth A345.
Rilix
With the SpongeBob coaster now handled through Andamiro, Rilix is expected to concentrate on its standard coaster systems, which have become increasingly common because of their competitive pricing. Booth A1113.
Sega Amusements
Sega’s announced display does not include an unseen game. Visitors can nevertheless expect Bop It!, VR Agent, Drone Racing Genesis and the Augmented Reality Darts system, offering another opportunity to see products previously shown at IAAPA. Booth A417.
Smart Industries and The Really Big Crane Co.
Smart Industries is expected to focus on its crane machines; the last video game associated with its stand was recalled as being around 2008. Booth A621.
The Really Big Crane Co. is likewise primarily associated with cranes, although Zombie Jam video basketball is part of its product range. An additional non-crane item remains possible. Booth A703.
Stern Pinball
Stern has confirmed Foo Fighters, James Bond 007, Godzilla, The Mandalorian, Jurassic Park, Deadpool and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles pinball machines. The company will also demonstrate new features for its Insider Connected platform. Booth A409.
Team Play
Team Play’s main focus remains Carnival Wheel, which debuted the previous spring. No newer product had been announced. Booth A974.
Triotech
Triotech is expected to show a new film for Storm VR and the latest version of QUBE, its four-player light-gun game first presented at IAAPA. Large theatre attractions are less suited to this operator-focused event, so they are not expected. Booth A147.
The latest version of their QUBE 4-player light-gun game is one of the more notable VR and shooting attractions to watch.
UNIS
UNIS has been promoting Over The Edge, a video merchandiser, while Emoji Roller received more attention around IAAPA. Sailor’s Quest VR and Wicked Tuna should also be available, with further video titles possible. Redemption remains the company’s principal focus. Booth A739.
Valley-Dynamo
Known for air-hockey and pool tables, Valley-Dynamo has recently broadened its range with products such as Jet-Pong and Jet-Hoops. Booth A503.
Valo Motion
Valo Motion’s mixed-reality systems avoid the need for wearable VR headsets. Its new Valo Arena PvP game, Astro Blade, is designed for 3v3 competition and is the first announced title for the arena to directly pit players against one another. Other Valo hardware setups will also be available. Booth A1250.

Virtuix
The Virtuix Arena should run its latest available games, although no recent arcade-content announcement had been made after Rhythm Master, released around IAAPA 2022. Virtuix had announced a new hardware product for home use, rather than for this venue. Booth A1339.
VR 360 Action
This New York company is expected to demonstrate multi-game VR platforms in several formats, including a standalone tethered station, motion motorcycle, VR coaster and standing VR shooter. Booth A756.

vrCAVE
vrCAVE specialises in free-roam VR escape-room content designed for family entertainment centres. Booth A1301.
VRsenal
VRsenal’s Zombieland attraction, recently seen at DEAL 2023, is expected with controller and headset holders added to the earlier IAAPA configuration. Synth Riders is also likely to appear. Booth A356.

What to watch at Amusement Expo
The strongest themes are expected to be multiplayer video games, redemption and videmption, mixed-reality attractions, light-gun shooters and a substantial pinball presence. The final floor line-up may differ from this preview, particularly where manufacturers keep new products confidential until opening day.
For Australian readers following the show from home, the event also highlights the range of equipment available across the wider arcade industry—from racing and driving arcades to virtual pinball machines and serviceable home cabinets. Operators assessing long-term ownership should also consider replacement controls, screens and other arcade parts.
