October brings the perfect excuse to expand a horror movie library, and Amazon has launched a limited-time promotion covering a substantial range of spooky 4K UHD Blu-ray releases.
As spotted by deals guru Wario64, shoppers can select two eligible films for $25. The offer follows the structure of earlier three-for-$33 UHD promotions, but this time only two qualifying discs are needed.
The selection is aimed at Halloween viewing, with a mix of established horror classics, modern genre films, thrillers, supernatural stories and seasonal favourites. As with previous UHD promotions, individual titles may sell out before the offer ends.
What you need for 4K UHD playback
A 4K UHD Blu-ray requires a compatible UHD player and a 4K television. Disc-equipped PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X consoles can also play these films, provided the console has a disc drive and is connected with a suitable HDMI cable.
If you are planning a dedicated entertainment room, RETROCADE’s Arcade Blog has more ideas for combining games and home viewing. An arcade machine can make a larger games room a focal point, while bartop arcade suits a more compact setup. Our arcade machine buying guide can help compare options before you choose a cabinet.
