🔌 Is Your System Plug and Play?
Yes! Every system is as close to plug-and-play as possible. We fully test each setup to ensure compatibility with the control deck or included controllers.
If you ever run into issues, our team is just a message away. We’re here to help, fast.
🚚 How Does Shipping Work?
All cabinets ship freight on pallets. Standard delivery is to your front door, but inside delivery is available upon request. The freight company will contact you to schedule a convenient time.

⏳ How Long Does It Take to Get My Cabinet?
Once your custom artwork is approved, the typical lead time is 6–12 weeks.
Quality takes time, and we want yours to be perfect!

We offer flexible payment options to fit your budget:
- 💸 Financing through Afterpay (available at checkout)
- 🔁 Split Payment: 50% now → 30% in 30 days → 20% in 60 days
- 🪙 Layby Plan: Pay as you go via invoice — must be paid off within 6 months

Yes! Your arcade is backed by a 24-month warranty on all hardware and supported software.

No — all sales are final, as builds are bespoke and custom-ordered.
🔧 Custom Orders – No Refunds
- No refunds will be issued once production has started.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we begin any custom order.
- Final payment must be made before shipping or pickup.
