Warranty
This virtual pinball machine includes a 24-month return-to-base warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal residential use.
The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, liquid damage, power surge damage, outdoor use, natural disasters, wear and tear, transport damage arranged by the customer, or damage caused by modifications or incorrect handling.
If service is required, the machine must be returned to Retrocade for assessment and repair. Retrocade will determine whether a component should be repaired or replaced.

What This Warranty Covers
Your arcade or pinball machine, proudly supplied by Retrocade, is designed and built to deliver endless entertainment. This warranty underscores our commitment to quality and the significance we place on your acquisition.
Warranty Period
The warranty period for your arcade machine commences on the date of purchase and extends for 24 months, safeguarding all components against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use.
What Is Not Covered
Improper Care and Use
Our machines are premium quality products necessitating proper care. This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from inadequate maintenance, utilisation, detergents, abrasives, or harsh cleaning agents.
Accidents, Abuse, and Wear and Tear
Damage judged by us to result from wear and tear, accidents, misuse, abuse (including, but not limited to, burns, scratches, dents, chips, and watermarks), neglect, or improper installation.
Placement of the product outdoors or damage from natural disasters are not covered.
Glass and Decorative Elements
This warranty excludes coverage for the glass table top and decorative elements such as stickers, decals, and artwork, which may be compromised by environmental factors including humidity and sunlight.
Subsequent Owners and Non-Residential Use
This warranty is conferred solely to the original purchaser and does not cover products utilised in commercial, rental, institutional, or other non-residential contexts.
Exclusions
Demonstration units, floor samples (unless structurally defective), pre-owned products (with certain exceptions), and non-commercial tables employed in commercial or institutional settings are excluded.
Consumables and high-contact items like joysticks and buttons are covered, yet damage due to misuse will annul the warranty.
Damages incurred during customer or contractor transportation and handling.
Labour charges and related expenses for removal, installation, or replacement in non-standard living/commercial/industrial environments.
Software Defects
If software defects are identified by the customer, we reserve the right to rectify the machine using supplementary components.
Back-to-Base Warranty
This is a back-to-base warranty, requiring the item to be returned to us for repair.
Return Policy
If the item is claimed not to be fixable by the procedures outlined by our technician, yet we manage to repair the item using those very methods, the customer is responsible for the return freight costs.
Repair or Replacement
We reserve the right to decide whether a component should be repaired or replaced.
