Pokémon Pokopia has introduced several limited-time events since its March 2026 release. These events have added Pokémon including the Hoppip evolution line, Sableye and Jirachi. The current “Fetching Scales for Feebas” event features both Feebas and Milotic.
Missing one of these events normally means missing the related Pokémon permanently. Changing the Nintendo Switch 2’s system clock can recreate an event window, but that approach is generally treated as cheating and sits outside the game’s intended mechanics. A player has now found an alternative that requires a Nintendo Switch Online membership.

How to revisit past Pokémon events
The method begins at any Pokémon Center. Purchase the Mysterious Goggles from the computer shop, then equip them to visit another player’s dream island. These islands cannot be interacted with directly, although you can photograph the items placed there.
Enter the code 6DXL PD6F to visit a developer-created island. It contains every item and Pokémon available in Pokémon Pokopia, making it a useful source for recreating habitats from events that have ended.

Use the camera to copy habitat items
Press the minus button to equip the camera, then press Y to switch to the mode that highlights individual items. You can photograph up to 20 different items at one time.
Search the developer island for the objects needed to build the habitat of the Pokémon you missed. After returning to a Pokémon Center, use the 3D printer to produce those items. Printing requires Pokémetal and Rare Pokémetal, but the items can be made as many times as your materials allow.
A player who missed the “More Spores for Hoppip” event used this approach to obtain Skiploom and Jumpluff. The necessary event items were positioned beside the Pokémon Center on the developer island. After photographing them and spending Pokémetal to recreate the habitats in Palette Town, both Pokémon appeared almost immediately.
This method can be used for any missed event items and Pokémon, provided you can gather the required materials for their habitats.

A practical workaround for late starters
The trick offers a way for players who began Pokémon Pokopia after an event, or who could not play during its active window, to fill gaps in their collection without changing the console’s date and time.
