The thirteenth short leak of Grand Theft Auto VI shifts the action to a beach at dusk. Jason rides a bicycle along the sand past groups of sunbathers, revealing an unusually varied crowd of non-player characters.
The footage is difficult to study because it was recorded in heavy shadow, much like leak number six. Better lighting would have made the scene easier to appreciate, but this unofficial glimpse still highlights details rarely seen at this scale. The clip is part of an ongoing series of unauthorised videos appearing ahead of Rockstar’s planned November 19 release, and you can see the clip here.
Large crowds in games commonly reuse character models, clothing and movement patterns. This beach sequence appears to push much further. The footage makes it difficult to find duplicate swimwear, while the people on screen show a broad range of body shapes, sizes and skin tones. Their animations and activities also vary considerably.
The scene does not simply generate people as Jason approaches. Groups remain visible far into the distance, with individual features still discernible despite the poor-quality recording. That long-range crowd detail is among the most striking elements shown in leak number 13.
The beachgoers also react to Jason’s presence with the exaggerated comments associated with the series. Their dialogue includes complaints about being watched, boasts about their appearance and a joking reference to “mermaid bitches” at the beach.

The sequence has visible imperfections. A few backpacks appear suddenly as men walk past, and one beachgoer makes an awkward wobbling movement while settling into a deck chair. Those glitches are relatively minor beside the scene’s overall density and atmosphere.
Phone screens glow as groups take photos and selfies. People stand in shallow water with the tide moving around their legs, while the low evening sun throws long shadows across the beach. Even through the murky recording, these small details make the environment feel unusually active.
At the same time, 2K and Rockstar are attempting to stop the leaks through subpoenas described as privacy-eroding. The videos have also been surrounded by messages from the leaker and promotion for a cryptocurrency whose value has reportedly been falling. A Netflix reveal scheduled for Thursday was intended to be the first proper look at the game running, but thirteen or more clips now reportedly total about 26 minutes. That has reduced the impact of the planned publicity moment, without appearing likely to damage GTA 6.
Most people who watch these scenes will probably become more curious about playing the game, while many eventual customers may not know the leaks exist. The footage has even shifted one observer’s expectations from waiting for a possible PC version in June 2027 to considering the high cost of buying the PS5 edition. They are unlikely to be the only player feeling that change.
