Another Grand Theft Auto 6 gameplay leak is circulating, offering more glimpses of Rockstar Games’ upcoming open-world crime game. The footage, titled “Gas”, includes an NPC recreating a widely shared 2021 fuel-station prank and adds to signs that the leaker or group behind the videos may still seemingly have access to a robust build.

What happens in the “Gas” footage?

The clip follows Jason as he drives through a residential area and arrives at a petrol station. An attendant is arguing with a man who appears to be pumping fuel into a bathtub placed in the tray of his ute.

As Jason approaches, the NPC asks, “Who the f*ck are you trying to regulate me?” Jason then steals the vehicle and reverses over the man. The getaway ends almost immediately when traffic hits the truck, triggering a large explosion and the familiar “Wasted” screen.

The real-world prank behind the scene

The joke appears to draw from a 2021 video showing a couple reacting in disbelief as a man attempts to fill the tray of his truck with petrol. The clip emerged after the Colonial Pipeline cyberattack caused temporary fuel shortages in parts of the United States, with some stations experiencing longer lines than normal.

In the video, people warn the man about the danger, but he drives away anyway. Fuel spills over the side when he takes a sharp turn. The incident was staged, although it spread far and wide before being exposed as a stunt designed to attract attention.

More details spotted by fans

GTA 6 has long used exaggerated everyday absurdity as a source of satire, and the leaked NPC reportedly claims that the government is trying to steal his fuel. The footage also appears to show Jason opening the truck’s bonnet, as well as dismemberment when the NPC is crushed.

Fans continue to inspect each leaked video for clues, with character switching remaining one of the major unanswered questions. As with other game leaks, the footage should be treated cautiously until Rockstar Games confirms any details. A possible hint about Lucia

Cyberleeks has reportedly ended its recent videos with teasers. This clip follows that pattern, finishing with a “return to Lucia” prompt. That may point to a subsequent video featuring GTA 6’s other principal character and potentially revealing how players move between Jason and Lucia.

If Rockstar Games and Take-Two are getting closer to identifying the source of the footage, the continued releases suggest Cyberleeks is not behaving as though an arrest or identification is imminent.
