Warranty
This arcade machine includes a 24-month return-to-base warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failure under normal residential use.
The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, improper installation, liquid damage, power surge damage, outdoor use, natural disasters, wear and tear, transport damage arranged by the customer, or damage caused by modifications or incorrect handling.
If service is required, the machine must be returned to Retrocade for assessment and repair. Retrocade will determine whether a component should be repaired or replaced.
