How to Reach the 10th Floor in Silent Hill: Townfall

In Silent Hill: Townfall, Simon needs a level 10 CEG access card to use the elevator at CEG Headquarters. Because he is not an employee, he must print a replacement card from the security computer—but the security office is locked.

Find the CEG Headquarters security code

After entering CEG Headquarters, the elevator directs Simon towards the 10th floor, but he cannot proceed without an access card. The clue for the locked security door is in the maintenance room.

Examine the whiteboard. It shows a sequence of dots and lines alongside the number 4. Start with 4, then reproduce the same pattern on the keypad.

The CEG Headquarters security door code is 4895.

Get a level 10 CEG access card

Opening the security office is only the first step. To print the card, Simon needs Richard’s employee ID. Begin by collecting the two halves of the case codes grid from the waste bins in the security room and the maintenance room.

Combine both pieces in your inventory, then go to the area filled with locked boxes. The completed grid provides the access code for each box, so avoid opening one at random: choosing incorrectly costs HP.

Instead, collect the Box IDs and Names document from the lectern on the stage. It identifies Richard as box number 36. His box is in the third row from the stage and is the third box from the right.

Use the case-code grid to open Richard’s box with 486. Take the employee file inside.

Print the card and reach the 10th floor

Return to the security computer and enter Richard’s employee ID: 00007820518. The machine will print the CEG access card with level 10 clearance.

Take the card to the elevator and use it to reach the 10th floor, completing the Inside CEG HQ mission in Silent Hill: Townfall.
