Several major musicians have begun hinting at roles in Grand Theft Auto 6, suggesting Rockstar’s next open-world blockbuster could arrive with an exceptionally broad soundtrack. The social-media activity forms part of the game’s expanding promotional campaign ahead of its November launch.
Artists begin teasing GTA 6 involvement
On September 15, artists including Travis Scott and Morgan Wallen shared previously unseen GTA 6 artwork through Instagram and X. The posts included clues pointing towards the game, which is expected to be one of the biggest releases in decades.
The teasing also reaches beyond current chart stars. Rolling Stones member Keith Richards posted new artwork featuring an iguana on Instagram, adding another surprising name to the growing list of apparent contributors.
These announcements are the latest development in the wider arcade and gaming news landscape, where soundtrack reveals can become almost as closely watched as gameplay footage.

How large will the soundtrack be?
It is reasonable to expect these artists to appear on the game’s radio stations, although their exact contributions have not been confirmed. Leaks from the previous month reportedly revealed several stations and songs, but none of the artists promoting the new artwork appeared in those leaked song lists.
That gap raises the possibility that the final soundtrack is considerably larger than the material already circulating. Rockstar has not confirmed the complete radio line-up, so the artists’ posts remain suggestive rather than definitive.

Fans have also catalogued six new images, including an empty swimming pool, a flamingo pool float and the feet of a woman wearing heels. A collection of the artwork was shared in a social-media post dated September 15, 2026.

GTA 6 release details
Grand Theft Auto 6 is scheduled to launch on November 19 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. A physical disc edition will not be available at launch.
