Black Ops 7 Season 6 is the final major season before Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. The update introduces The Haunting, bringing horror-themed content to multiplayer, Zombies, endgame activities and Warzone.
For Australian players, the east coast launch time is 2 a.m. AET on Friday, 18 September. Here is the complete schedule, followed by the main additions arriving with the update.
Black Ops 7 Season 6 release times
The season begins at 12 p.m. EDT on Thursday, 17 September. That corresponds to the following local times:
- 9 a.m. PDT, Thursday, 17 September — west coast of North America
- 12 p.m. EDT, Thursday, 17 September — east coast of North America
- 1 p.m. BRT, Thursday, 17 September — Brazil
- 5 p.m. BST, Thursday, 17 September — United Kingdom
- 6 p.m. CEST, Thursday, 17 September — western Europe
- 1 a.m. JST, Friday, 18 September — Japan
- 2 a.m. AET, Friday, 18 September — Australia’s east coast

What is coming in Season 6?
The Haunting leads the update, adding spooky seasonal content across the first-person shooter’s multiplayer, Zombies and endgame modes, as well as Warzone.
Multiplayer maps and T.E.D.D. Trials
Two new 6v6 maps are scheduled for multiplayer: Quantum and Bloodstead. The latter is a horror-themed version of Homestead.
A new limited-time mode, T.E.D.D. Trials, also brings three maps inspired by Zombies locations into multiplayer:
- Roadkill, based on Exit 115
- Inferno, based on Kowakujo
- Lost, based on Totenreich
Zombies and endgame updates
Zombies receives Tenshu, a new survival map. Directed mode and Starting Room are also being added to Rex Infernus.
In the endgame, Avalon moves to a night-time setting and gains new enemy types. The Forbidden Summoning event centres on what appears to be a huge ancient worm boss.
Warzone’s Haunted Hollow
In Warzone, Haven’s Hollow is being transformed into Haunted Hollow. The map receives numerous changes, including the arrival of a ghost train.
