Rayman Legends Retold has been delayed by two months, moving from its planned October 1 release to December 3, 2026. The remake is one of only two new Ubisoft releases scheduled outside the publisher’s established catalogue this Australian spring.
The development team says the game has already gone gold, but needs additional time for final improvements.
“While the game has officially gone gold, we have decided to take extra time to make sure every detail gets the care it deserves,” the team said in a statement on X.
The team also confirmed that a Game Overview trailer will arrive on September 22, alongside new hands-on impressions from selected creators and members of the press.

Rayman Legends Retold revisits the 2013 platformer, preserving much of its original design and gameplay while rebuilding its presentation with 3D visuals in Ubisoft’s Snowdrop engine.
