The second day of GTI Asia China Expo 2026 brought fresh arcade projects from two of China’s most prominent manufacturers: Ace Amusement and UNIS Technology. Both already sell into Western markets, with UNIS represented by several European companies and Ace distributed by businesses including Coastal Amusements and Amusement Source International.

That international reach means many of the machines shown here could receive releases outside China. This instalment covers new sports, racing, shooting, card-battling, redemption and active-entertainment games. For more industry reporting, visit the RETROCADE arcade news section, watch the latest updates in our arcade video collection, and consult our arcade machine buying guide when comparing cabinet types.

Ace Amusement

Ace used a sizeable home-market booth to present new machines alongside familiar titles in refreshed cabinets. The company is increasingly moving towards portrait-format displays rather than the dual-stacked screens used by some of its earlier designs. At least one or two of these games are expected at IAAPA Expo Europe, while Ace is also set to exhibit at IAAPA 2026 with a booth that appears comparable in size to last year’s stand.

English promotional activity from Ace’s official channels has again been limited, although the company supplied translated videos connected with its show presentation.

Medal Masters

Medal Masters is among Ace’s most unusual new arrivals. The sports collection uses three specialised control systems: a step pad, two motion-sensing sticks, and a central hand crank or pedal. Running, swimming and cycling are visible, while the promotional footage also shows several variations on track events. The complete number of events has not been confirmed.

The central pedal is reminiscent of the control found on Andamiro’s Tight Rope redemption game, although the gameplay is entirely different. The fenced play area and motion controls also recall UNIS’s Pickleball Rivals, with possible echoes of the arcade Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games titles.

Wild Frontier

Ace’s newest racer takes combat off-road, offering a less conventional theme than the company’s earlier driving games. Wild Frontier uses a twin cabinet with a vertical monitor, motion seat and force-feedback steering wheel with attack buttons built into the wheel. Its broad concept follows earlier combat racers such as Superwin’s SMASH and Extreme Off-Road. Pre-expo footage is available in an official Bilibili trailer, though it does not identify the number of vehicles, tracks or weapons.

Pop Shot Circus

Rather than combining unrelated shooting-gallery scenarios, Pop Shot Circus appears to maintain a single circus theme through ten levels. The cabinet has a 75-inch or 85-inch screen and four guns, allowing more players to participate at once. Bilibili footage shows the large-screen cabinet. Among Ace’s new games, this appears to have particularly strong prospects for a Western release.

Dimensional Hero

Dimensional Hero may not be the final name, and its chances of reaching Western markets are uncertain. It appears to be Ace’s first card-battler, a format that has become increasingly popular in China. The cabinet has portal-like card readers integrated into its control panels, but the number of cards and any underlying intellectual property have not been revealed.

A trailer description calls it a “rogue-lite”, although it is unclear whether that means roguelike progression or gameplay involving permanent death.

Ace also displayed redemption and previously seen games including Skull of Shadow, Fighter Jets, Cold Trigger, Racing Xtreme and Bikers Madness. The last two now have single-screen portrait cabinets, extending versions previously shown as twin machines and aligning them with the portrait-focused direction seen in the Asphalt series.

UNIS Technology

UNIS remains one of China’s largest arcade manufacturers by booth scale and international presence. Its catalogue places strong emphasis on redemption, original properties and racing, while also including partnerships such as its work with Raw Thrills and a selection of licensed games. UNIS has made particularly strong progress with direct sales, helping its machines reach more overseas markets.

The company shared show material through Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as a highlights video from one of its official YouTube channels.

Super Drift

Super Drift appears to be UNIS’s principal new debut at the expo, continuing the company’s considerable focus on arcade racing. UNIS has increasingly worked with Leads Games on racing projects, including Turbo Nova, although its role on Super Drift has not been confirmed. The game resembles a blend of Monster Kart and Turbo Nova, with cartoon characters aimed at families and a cabinet that is somewhat larger than some of UNIS’s earlier kart racers.

Cyberpunk 2077: Chrome Rush

UNIS’s licensed motorbike racer based on CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077 was one of the booth’s headline attractions. First shown at Amusement Expo 2026 in March and displayed at further events, Chrome Rush returned with a slightly smaller presentation than its appearance at AAA 2026 in May.

After several delays, the game is now shipping to Western markets. A more detailed report is planned once the expo coverage is complete and UNIS has supplied further information.

Doomsday Odyssey

Doomsday Odyssey shows that UNIS’s output extends beyond racers and redemption machines. This original military-themed multiplayer light-gun shooter had a smaller display beside Godzilla Kaiju Wars DX. Its format sits near Wahlap’s Phantom Vanguard and Ace’s Cold Trigger, but appears to use less elaborate gun hardware than those games. That may suit operators who prefer to avoid the additional cost and maintenance associated with specialised mounts. Players interested in this style can compare other arcade light-gun machines in the RETROCADE catalogue.

Hammer Strike

UNIS has previously adapted licensed properties into whacker games, and Hammer Strike adds a prize-card vending element to the format. Successful players can receive cards, while four hammers support simultaneous play. Vending whackers have appeared before, including Smart Industries’ presentation of HY’s Knock ’Em Blocks, but the combination of card prizes and four controls makes this an interesting proposition.

Other UNIS Games

UNIS also presented additional sports, redemption and card-based machines. Its active-entertainment range included a simplified version of Spin City and a new cycling game, displayed near Pickleball Rivals and Ski Hero. Other machines included redemption titles based on My Little Pony and Godzilla Vs Mechagodzilla.

Portal Pix appears aimed at the same general market as Konami’s Card Connect, which was recently tested in the United States. Its focus is printing entertaining cards on demand. The wider display also featured further sports and card-battler cabinets, while the range of driving machines can be compared with RETROCADE’s racing simulator collection.

The second day demonstrated the breadth of Ace and UNIS, from motion-controlled sports games and portrait racers to light-gun shooters, card battlers and prize machines. The final instalment will look at other companies and games presented at GTI Asia China Expo 2026.
