Pokémon Go Fest 2026 Mega Finale: habitat times and bonuses

Pokémon Go’s end-of-summer event, Go Fest 2026: Mega Finale, runs on Saturday, 5 September and Sunday, 6 September, from 10 am to 6 pm local time each day. The headline attraction is Armored Mewtwo, returning to the game for the first time since 2020.

The finale is smaller than the main Go Fest, but it gives trainers a useful opportunity to collect Mega Evolution resources and find extra Mewtwo Mega Energy. Type-themed habitats rotate hourly, changing the wild encounters and Mega Raid line-up. Armored Mewtwo remains available in raids throughout both days.

Go Fest 2026 Mega Finale bonuses

Most event rewards are linked to the Go Pass, introduced earlier in the week during the Mega Ascension event. The available Go Pass benefits are:

• Rank 1: Link Charge storage increases to 2,000.
• Rank 1 Deluxe: A higher chance of encountering the selected partner and its evolutions as shiny Pokémon.
• Rank 2 Deluxe: A higher chance of finding shiny Pokémon in four-star Mega Raids.
• Rank 3 Deluxe: Mega Raids award three additional Candy, one additional Candy XL and 5,000 additional XP.
• Rank 70 Deluxe: A higher chance of encountering featured shiny Pokémon in the wild during the Mega Finale event hours.

Two extra bonuses apply to everyone, independently of the Go Pass:

• Remote raiding has no limit for the weekend.
• All Mega Evolved Pokémon receive an additional CP Boost during the event.

The Go Pass becomes available after a short Timed Research task asks you to choose between Mega Chesnaught, Mega Delphox and Mega Greninja.

Rotating habitat schedule

There are four habitats each day. Every habitat appears twice for one hour. Armored Mewtwo is available in five-star raids on both days.

Saturday, 5 September

Mega Mewtwo X appears in Super Mega Raids throughout Saturday.

• Verdant Overgrowth — 10–11 am and 2–3 pm: Wild Weedle, Bellsprout, Scyther, Pinsir, Roselia, Snover, Venipede, Chespin, Fennekin, Froakie and Skiddo. Mega Raids feature Mega Beedrill, Mega Victreebel, Mega Pinsir and Mega Abomasnow.
• Mindworks Canal — 11 am–12 pm and 3–4 pm: Wild Abra, Slowpoke, Staryu, Ralts, Meditite, Chespin, Fennekin, Froakie, Espurr, Binacle and Clauncher. Mega Raids feature Mega Alakazam, Mega Slowbro, Mega Starmie and Mega Medicham.
• Eerie Alley — 12–1 pm and 4–5 pm: Wild Gastly, Houndour, Shuppet, Zorua, Litwick, Chespin, Fennekin, Froakie, Inkay, Phantump and Pumpkaboo. Mega Raids feature Mega Gengar, Mega Houndoom, Mega Banette and Mega Malamar.
• Circuit Plaza — 1–2 pm and 5–6 pm: Wild Pikachu, Mareep, Electrike, Emolga, Tynamo, Stunfisk, Chespin, Fennekin, Froakie, Helioptile and Dedenne. Mega Raids feature Mega Raichu X, Mega Ampharos and Mega Manectric.

Sunday, 6 September

Mega Mewtwo Y appears in Super Mega Raids throughout Sunday.

• Iron Frostworks — 10–11 am and 2–3 pm: Wild Onix, Skarmory, Aron, Snorunt, Beldum, Drilbur, Chespin, Fennekin, Froakie, Amaura and Bergmite. Mega Raids feature Mega Steelix, Mega Skarmory, Mega Aggron and Mega Glalie.
• Battle District — 11 am–12 pm and 3–4 pm: Wild Machop, Carvanha, Numel, Buneary, Sandile, Scraggy, Chespin, Fennekin, Froakie, Pancham and Falinks. Mega Raids feature Mega Sharpedo, Mega Camerupt, Mega Lopunny and Mega Falinks.
• Skyline Roosts — 12–1 pm and 4–5 pm: Wild Magikarp, Aerodactyl, Dratini, Swablu, Bagon, Chespin, Fennekin, Froakie, Fletchling, Tyrunt and Noibat. Mega Raids feature Mega Gyarados, Mega Aerodactyl, Mega Dragonite and Mega Altaria.
• Prism Promenade — 1–2 pm and 5–6 pm: Wild Pikachu, Clefairy, Sableye, Mawile, Audino, Chespin, Fennekin, Froakie, Furfrou, Spritzee and Carbink. Mega Raids feature Mega Raichu Y, Mega Sableye, Mega Mawile and Mega Audino.
