Pokémon Center customers in the United Kingdom and Germany have been told that some orders were cancelled after a cyberattack on CEVA Logistics, the fulfilment company used to ship products from PokemonCenter.com in those markets.
CEVA was attacked on 30 July 2026. The incident was also connected to a recent breach affecting Valve customers in Europe, but its impact on Pokémon Center shoppers has only now become clear. Bleeping Computer and Eurogamer have reported on the wider breach.
What information may be exposed?
The affected information appears to include customers’ full names, delivery addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and details of what their parcels contained. That combination could make affected shoppers more vulnerable to convincing phishing messages, particularly emails pretending to relate to deliveries, refunds or replacement orders.
Pokémon Center’s notification reportedly opened by saying that a recent purchase had been cancelled because of an unexpected fulfilment problem. The message then explained that CEVA had suffered a cyberattack and that the order had to be cancelled as a result.
The notification advised customers that a cyber incident involving a Pokémon Center logistics provider may have affected their information. It also apologised for cancelling the order and acknowledged the disappointment caused by the decision.
Why are Pokémon Center orders being cancelled?
The Pokémon Company International needs to contact people whose details may have been exposed, but customers are questioning why that response also requires their purchases to be cancelled.
Shoppers reporting their experiences say some cancelled items are now unavailable, while others may no longer arrive in time for birthdays or other planned occasions. A customer who contacted support to ask whether placing a new order was safe received an apology, but no clear answer. Support reportedly said it had no further information and closed the enquiry.
Customer demand adds to the frustration
The cancellations come while Pokémon Center websites are already struggling with demand. Customers have faced queues lasting hours before reaching the stores, only to see newly released products sell out within roughly 15 minutes.
That pressure is expected to increase with the upcoming Pokémon 30th Anniversary set, which is anticipated to draw exceptional demand. For now, affected customers should treat unexpected messages about their orders cautiously, avoid clicking unfamiliar links and check official account or order pages directly.
