Pokémon Pokopia does not give Stunfisk much help when they ask for the Ocean Pals Rug. The item is hidden among the furnished wrecked homes of Bubbly Basin, but it is close to the area’s town centre once you know which route to take.

This guide explains exactly where to find the rug, what happens when you return it to Stunfisk, and how to create extra copies for decorating.

You can begin this request after rebuilding the region’s Pokémon Center. From Bubbly Basin’s town centre, cross the bridge to the north and turn left. Look for a small house positioned west of the daycare centre.

Inside the house, search for a red Poké Ball. It contains the Ocean Pals Rug. The same building also holds other useful furnishings, including a cushion bed that can be used by some Bubbly Basin habitats, such as Chinchou’s.

Returning the rug to Stunfisk

Take the rug back to Stunfisk after collecting it. Stunfisk will be pleased with your help, but the task does not provide a material reward. Once the conversation is complete, Stunfisk returns the rug to you, allowing you to place it wherever you like.

How to make more Ocean Pals Rugs

If one rug is not enough for your decorating plans, use the in-game camera to take a reference shot of it. You can then use the reference and spend rare Pokémetal to produce additional copies with a 3D printer.

Pokopia’s customisable spaces also reward thoughtful presentation, much like arranging a home arcade. You can explore virtual pinball machines for another display-focused addition to a games room.
