To mark the first anniversary of Cruis’n Blast arriving on Nintendo Switch, a giveaway was planned for one physical copy signed by series creator Eugene Jarvis.
Two signed Switch copies were supplied through Eugene Jarvis and Raw Thrills. One was initially offered as the prize, while the plan for the second copy had not yet been decided.
The accompanying video explains how to earn between one and three raffle entries. The draw was scheduled to take place live on YouTube on December 6, the week after the article’s November 29 publication.
Why the giveaway was organised
The idea came from the one-year anniversary of the Switch launch. Although the anniversary had already passed by the time the giveaway was arranged, Eugene brought the signed games to IAAPA, making the promotion possible.
The giveaway was also delayed because the organiser had temporarily lost their voice, which had still not fully recovered at the time.
