Andamiro USA brought a varied selection of video, redemption, merchandise and crane games to IAAPA 2023. The US division of South Korean developer Andamiro operates with considerable autonomy, and its move from California to Texas was intended to centralise support.
The line-up included a new two-player baseball game, the latest Pump It Up release, licensed redemption attractions and several location-focused pieces for operators.

Pump It Up Phoenix
Pump It Up Phoenix had been available since August 2023, but IAAPA was the first occasion on which this coverage encountered the game. Andamiro had a dedicated team demonstrating its features, along with a tournament that brought players to the dance platform.
The recorded footage captures part of that activity. It does not focus on Basic Mode, a point worth remembering for a future opportunity to see the machine in operation.
Further information is available from Andamiro’s Pump It Up Phoenix page and the official PIU website.
Bobblehead Baseball VS.
Bobblehead Baseball originally appeared as a videmption game. Andamiro later introduced a non-ticket amusement version, although that edition was designed for one player.
Bobblehead Baseball VS. adds a second player and deliberately recalls Nintendo’s classic VS. branding. Operators can configure it for either redemption or non-redemption play.
A new video baseball game is a welcome sight in the modern arcade market, and head-to-head play gives the format more social appeal. It does not use the spring-loaded bat found on some classic baseball cabinets, but the simpler control approach keeps the design straightforward.
Other New Redemption Attractions
Guardians of the Galaxy Ticket Coaster
Guardians of the Galaxy Ticket Coaster develops the concept seen in the SpongeBob Ticket Coaster. Its most distinctive addition is a holographic spinner display on both sides, giving the attraction a more technical visual identity. Whether it suits a particular venue will depend largely on that location’s audience.
Crazy Toy
Crazy Toy is a crane attraction available in different cabinet treatments. The clear version, without cabinet sides or bars, has a particularly open presentation.
Super Star 2
Super Star 2 is a merchandiser aimed at venues that can still operate this type of equipment. Merchandisers have become less popular in some areas because of opposition from certain US states, but they remain a viable option where permitted.
A Broad Operator-Focused Showcase
Andamiro’s IAAPA 2023 presentation covered rhythm gaming, competitive sports play, cranes, merchandisers, coin pushers and licensed attractions. For Australian venues and home arcade buyers, the range also demonstrates how modern arcade equipment extends well beyond traditional upright video games; explore RETROCADE’s arcade machines and specialist arcade categories for more formats.
