TouchMagix has revealed the first details of Pudgy Penguins Polar Challenge, an arcade redemption game based on the Pudgy Penguins licence and characters. The project was first announced in September 2023.

Pudgy Penguins Polar Challenge cabinet revealed

Available information remains limited, but the cabinet image shows a two-player control layout with illuminated features. Each player appears to have left and right arrow buttons, plus a larger button labelled JUMP.

Ice-themed artwork extends in front of the monitor, creating a bezel around the display. The cabinet also uses multiple LED elements to reinforce its wintry presentation.

The game is designed as a ticket redemption title. Based on the visible controls and presentation, it may involve timing jumps over an animal or object emerging from the water. A points target would typically determine whether players reach a bonus, although TouchMagix has not yet confirmed the gameplay rules.

Amusement Expo 2024 appearance

More information was scheduled to be shared at Amusement Expo 2024, held from 18 to 21 March at the Las Vegas Convention Center in the United States. TouchMagix was listed at booth 209.
