With Amusement Expo 2024 approaching, Raw Thrills has refreshed its corporate website and added new details about the Godzilla Kaiju Wars VR production cabinet.
Raw Thrills gives its website a long-awaited refresh
Raw Thrills’ web presence can be traced back to a placeholder site launched in January 2002, if the archived record is accurate. It remained largely inactive until a small update in May 2004, which mentioned two casino games. A larger redesign followed in 2005, with another revision arriving the following year. The overall design then stayed broadly consistent since 2013/14.

For background, the older versions include the original placeholder website, the 2004 update, the 2005 redesign and the following year’s version.
Godzilla Kaiju Wars VR reaches production form
One of the additions is the production cabinet for Godzilla Kaiju Wars VR. Compared with the version shown at IAAPA, the main differences are the cabinet colours, gun design and topper marquee. The cabinet’s overall shape and configuration remain the same.
The game also has its own High Scores tracking page. A QR code was not recalled from the IAAPA presentation, so its presence on the production version is a notable detail.
Godzilla Kaiju Wars VR was in production at the time of the update, with shipping expected around the end of March or beginning of April. That timing had been stated since the game was unveiled several months earlier.
