Nintendo has officially shown very little of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for Switch 2 beyond a short teaser and a 2026 release window. A listing on Nintendo’s Australian website may now provide an early indication of its pricing.
The listing was spotted by gaming site Vooks. Although a dedicated Australian eShop page has not appeared, searching for “Zelda” on Nintendo’s Australian and New Zealand websites returns a digital price of $94.95 AUD.
If that listing is accurate, the physical edition could cost $109.95 AUD. The Australian figure also broadly corresponds to an estimated US digital price of $59.99 and a UK equivalent of £49.99. Nintendo has not yet confirmed these prices.
The apparent US price would match the amount charged for Yoshi and the Mysterious Book, while placing the remake $10 above the recent Star Fox remake. That comparison may offer an early clue about the project’s scale.

A price in this range could suggest a presentation-focused remake rather than the much larger reinvention some fans have imagined. There has been speculation about rebuilding the Nintendo 64 classic along the lines of the open-world design seen in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
However, the recent Star Fox remake shows that a project can retain its original structure while adding substantial new material. That release included newly produced story scenes with voice acting, quality-of-life adjustments and other features, while remaining recognisably the game first released decades ago on Nintendo 64.
