A rumoured Mew card could become the most difficult Pokémon TCG card ever to pull. The alleged card is tied to the 30th anniversary set and carries an “RGB” rarity concept linked to the original Red, Green and Blue games.
Pokémon collectibles creator TheCardScience says an insider connected with Millennium Print Group, the company that manufactures Pokémon cards, confirmed that the card exists. The claim describes three tinted versions with an appearance resembling photographic negatives.
The reported odds are extraordinary: one RGB Mew in every 20,000 packs. If accurate, that would place the card well beyond the rarity of other major Pokémon TCG chase cards. The information remains unverified until the anniversary product reaches collectors and enough packs are opened.

How rare would RGB Mew be?
For comparison, Mega Hyper Rare Mega Zygarde ex from the Perfect Order set has been estimated at roughly one pull per 1,786 packs, based on figures published by TCG Player. A 1-in-20,000 rate would make each RGB Mew dramatically harder to find.
The alleged card would also sit above the recently leaked Futuristic Rare Mew and Mewtwo cards. Those cards appeared before the anniversary release and were listed on eBay, where early bids passed $1,000. The reported RGB Mew details are still based on insider information rather than confirmed product documentation.
When will the anniversary set arrive?
Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration is scheduled for official release on 16 September 2026. However, trading-card products often appear early through unauthorised sales connected with manufacturing and distribution facilities, creating opportunities for leaks before launch.
Those early appearances will not settle the question immediately. It may take millions of packs being opened before collectors can estimate whether the RGB Mew pull rate is genuinely one in 20,000. There is also no confirmation that an RGB Mewtwo card exists.
More reveals are likely before launch
Until release day, fans can expect more official reveals, speculation and unauthorised images. The coming weeks could provide additional clues, but rarity claims should be treated cautiously until the set is widely available.
